Saturday check-in time! There is 5 weeks between the left and right photos and I am officially 35 days out from show day 👀 - This week has probably been the most challenging week so far...not so much physically but mentally and emotionally. - While I am proud of myself for trusting my gut and hiring a new coach, it has been really challenging to be able to put my trust in someone else, let go of control and adjust to a drastic diet change 😅 - But I am here, I’m doing it and I’m giving it my 💯 effort and won’t settle for anything less. - My biggest goal throughout this process is to step on that stage knowing I gave it my absolute best. As long as I do that, then I consider that a win for me 😁 - In comparison to this week vs. last week: I’ve been on a strict meal plan from my new coach, so he has complete control of my food intake. This has certainly been a test as I have had to leave some of my own comfort foods behind 😂 I do trust him though so I’m excited to see where I go from here. - My designated cardio is 35 minutes on the treadmill post workout 6 days a week so that is up from the 20 minutes I’ve been doing previously. It’s only going to get harder from here. I might physically be hungry but I’m also hungry AF to do my damn best. 💪 - Getting down to the wire.
