The Piccolo we know and love made his first animated appearance in Dragon Ball, 37 years ago today! It has been so fun to watch Piccolo grow into one of my many favorite characters in the DB universe!

Mind control. . (Desliza para + contenido / Slide for further content) . ¡Hola buenas! Hoy traigo el montaje de este Piccolo, del que hice una review para @MechanicalJapan hace un tiempo. No siempre rescato fotos de esas sesiones, porque la iluminación que tienen, me obligan a pensar mucho en qué entorno situarlas y cómo igualar la luz...etc. Y yo no soy de pensar. Y menos mucho. Pero, a veces, la foto tiene una pose que me gusta o algo concreto, y pues algo se busca. . Piccolo Jr, un tipo solitario, pero emocional. Considerado por muchxs como el auténtico padre de Gohan. Tenía la figura en esta pose canónica de Piccolo, así que lo situé en un contexto cotidiano para este personaje. Nada sesudo. Podría deciros que está vigilando a Gohan mientras su padre está muerto, el muy sinvergüenza. Pero sin más. Está ahí haciendo de sí mismo. . La dinámica de trabajo en una review, es distinta de la que suelo tener. Hay que iluminar de una forma más uniforme, hacer muy pocos cambios durante la sesión y algunas cosas más en las que conviene ser metódico. Y yo no soy nada metódico. Así que casi siempre tocaba afinar mucho el ojo en el photoshop. Fiarte de tu monitor, o promediar la foto en todos los displays que tengas. Problemas del primer mundo. . ¿Qué os ha parecido? Os he dejado un poco de BTS para que veáis cómo fue el asunto, por si alguien tiene curiosidad. For #inktoberday18 we got the real door into the #dragonballz saga, the child fated to save the world and #piccolojr 's pupil... #songohan who was named after #goku 's adoptive caregiver, #grandpagohan , who was also #gohan 's other grandfather 's training friend, #oxking (father of #chichi) ... his Latin dub voice actor also voiced #littlegoku and his other son #goten as children.
