Do you think there would ever be a scenario where Bowser could change fundamentally? If so, what would have to happen to make that change?

// Anyone can change. Bowser has evolved in the series over time, having become a bit more fatherly. Raising Junior has shifted his character a lot.

That being said, Bowser is the most stubborn of the main three (Mario, Peach, Bowser) and it would take extreme measures to enforce any real change in him. That is navigating endless ego and attitude. Few characters/events would have the patience or means to inspire that change. His methods have given him so many rewards. He has little reason to try to change.

It is difficult to define what would need to happen, but something substantial. If a person were trying to inspire change, they would have to earn his respect, convince him change was worthwhile, and even then require extreme patience as he would not change quickly. Huge events could change him. If he no longer had a whole kingdom on his shoulders, that would open the door for more personal development.

But why would you want him to change?? Bowser is perfect. We should all change for him... Peaches. (:

                           a  grin  cracks  across  her  countenance;  a  cackle  sounding  just  after  as  she,  like  a  cat,  curls  in  on  herself.  knee  over  knee,  with  one  elbow  wedged  right  into  the  meat  of  her  thigh,  letting  her  lean  forward  ;  against  it,  comfortably.  “your  toads  act  as  if  these  darklands  herald  all  sorts  of  calamites.”  midna's  gaze  shifts  to  examine  the  woods  in  question,  her  head  canting  ever  to  the  left  in  thought.  a  moment  passes  &  midna’s  attention  slots  wholly  back  onto  the  woman.  “ahaa,  i  can  only  begin  to  wonder  why  that  is.”

“You need a-something fixed at the castle? Or are you looking for my bro?”

Hands tucked into his jacket pockets as he strolls through this unknown land. “Huh..maybe I died when I jumped through that portal and this is hell.” Spoke yusuke silently as he stepped closer towards this large castle that he saw in the distance. “Here’s a castle..what’s next a friggin’ dragon’s gonna come popping out of it?”

Sobriety  of  his  expression  in  a  cautious  and  serious  gaze  lost  through  observation  of  this  door  signaled  his  desire  to  go  and  see  this  outside  …  in  one  point  or  another,  they  would  have  to  leave  the  room  they  were  currently  in,  right  ?  He  cannot  perceiving  themselves  remaining  trapped  inside  that  one  room  for  rest  of  time.  Nevertheless,  by  the  tone  of  her  voice,  he  noticed  how  that  silent  proposition  seemed  …  dangerous  ?  Which  generated  an  inner  hesitation,  where  he  might  later  respond  or  not  depending  how  he  was  sensed  it.  Ocean  eyes,  even  inside  quiet  thoughtfulness,  wished  to  be  reassuring.    ❝  We  can’t  stay  in  this  room  forever,  can  we.      ❞  Expression  of  an  closed  room  wasn’t  explicity  speak  of,  however,  there  was  an  understanding  about  an  lack  of  safety  to  thinking  safe  inside  protection  of  an  closed  door  ...  eventually,  opposite  might  happens  …    ❝  I  shouldn’t  ?      ❞

Technically, Peach is not wrong. Bowser had lied. However, there is so much wrong here the accusation stunned him into silence.

His eyes crossed to meet the finger calling deceit. "Traitor...?" The king pointed to himself. His head tilts like a lost puppy's. She has called him many things, but traitor implies they had been on the same side before. It is still incorrect!

"What's wrong with you!?" The obvious question at last spills free. "Why're you acting like you don't know where we are!?"
