Breaking my silence for something brief.
Hear me out:
D3rlord3, after visiting the Nether, saw that a baby piglin had followed him and, on a whim, decided to raise it. The piglin became really ingenious and they'd make elaborate plans to get D3rlord3 to give them a name.
(Headcanon: Piglins don't really have names and are called by their title. To have a name you have to do something no other Piglin has done.)
D3rlord3 didn't want the Piglin to forget where they came from and how others may treat them because of this so the game was put in place.
If the Piglin could stump D3rlord3 in a puzzle, then he'd get his name.
But D3rlord3 never returned after going to the mines.
Instead, a Slime came and took the Piglin.
The Slime, or Avery, was weird. He wasn't as clever or intelligent as D3rlord3, but he was strong. Strong and could think quickly on his feet.
So Avery made a bet with the Piglin.
"If you can beat me, I'll give you a name."
"If you can outsmart me, I'll grant you a name."
The Piglin trained day and night, using their superior strength to win against Avery. But Avery soon taught him that he'd have to use both his skills and knowledge to win.
That was the first day, Technoblade had won.
Eventually, all good things must come to an end.
Avery took Technoblade to the Nether. And promptly got blown up by a ghast...
Leaving Technoblade all alone in a place he's never been since his infancy.
A few years passed and Technoblade meets the man with a bucket hat, almost the same shade of green as Avery...
I thought of this out of nowhere. Like, seriously. Out of nowhere.
