Squash tomato bell pepper onion
Dice everything really small and put on a pot with a good amount of olive oil and salt and chilly pepper
Put some whole garlic cloves in there too
Low heat so it cooks slowly
Till it all gets soft but not mushy
Take off the garlic cloves
Put like two tablespoons of vinegar
(I did one alcohol and one balsamic)

pickle (yum)
Dice really small
Smush the garlic cloves
Put them both in some mayo
(with some pickle juice)
Mix
Eat them both with toasted bread
