Congratulations on getting your laps!!! It can be so hard when all you can think is "I can't, I can't". My pb is 26 & two thirds, but I've dropped back down to 24/25 at the moment :(
Thank you! I was having a ton of trouble and honestly I wouldn't have been able to do it except my coach made me do it at the end of practice so my brain would be too tired to fight me. I've been trying for over a year now and it was my second time through fresh meat. Figure out what works for you. I know quite a few skaters that need music to do endurance.
