Dramione AU | Beauty and the Beast : Hermione has heard of horrible rumours about the beast living in this manor. They said he is but a curse causing the much poverty and sickness over Wiltshire. They said he has eaten the beloved Malfoy family long ago but still held their only son captive. They said the beast is nothing but a monster full of hate and ugliness in his heart.
But, she's unsure now. Hermione is confused per se. For months she's been given nothing but warmth and comfort. She's been eating delicious food since the day she came, given and always dressed in fine, silk clothing, and always had the privilege to read as much as she wanted in the known Malfoy library. If this beast was indeed the monster everyone had feared, how come is she still alive?
And this beast, he bothered Hermione in a way. How he would make her mind tick in their discussions over Wizarding and Muggle literature. How he would laugh at one of her horrible attempts at jokes if they had nothing much to do. And his smirk. And his smile. The grey eyes. Sometimes when she looks at him, Hermione Granger reminds him of the long Draco Malfoy.
This beast reminds her of Draco Malfoy that she thinks...maybe everyone had been wrong.
