hiiii long time no see omg, today i bring you a new self insert. tomorrow? who knows.......... (probably more of the same)

anyways i've talked a little about this new f/o before but his name is Esteban Va.rgas, he's from the series Di.visión Pale.rmo (Community Squad in english i think?). been thinking about him nonstop lately so making a self insert was overdue

for now i just have some basic info about her:

her name is Vic (Víctor or Victoria, whatever), uses she/he pronouns, she's in her early 20s attending the Universidad de Buenos Aires and decides to join the community squad as a way to earn some extra cash (she's able to join because of being queer/nonbinary). after Felipe stops hanging out with Vargas as much as before (around the time season 2 takes place), Vargas starts spending most of his time with Vic instead, becoming close friends first and then... you know 💅

Ladies and gentlemen, i present to you the character that has been living in my brain rent-free for the past few weeks.... Freddy Ho.rniman from The Ge.ntlemen 🎉🎉 (crowd goes mild) and also the design i finally decided on for my s/i Victoria :]

Filled out this template so i could describe them in a way that's easier/faster than through text, since i still gotta write down a bio for Victoria

Victoria uses she/he, is in her early 20s, and works as Susie G.lass' personal assistant (which is how she ends up meeting Freddy)

Slightly updated Roma's color palette and gave him longer hair :] also I love this particular outfit Berlín wears at one point, i need to draw him more often in it 😭

What if i made a fankid for Roma and Berlín in a comfort AU..... jk jk aha...... unless......

Feel-good AU of Roma and Berlín where nothing bad happens ever and they move together to Italy after the Royal Mint heist is done! After about a year of living in Naples, they decide to have a kid. They also get a fat Chartreux cat called Pepe (though Andrés almost exclusively refers to him as "alimaña"). 

The title of this AU is based on the song Curses by The Crane Wives

🍋 Fran:

- lives with Andrés and Vic in a small apartment in Naples

- has a fox plush that she carries around everywhere, his name is Dalí (her parents named it lmao)

- collects all sorts of trinkets she finds interesting, from buttons to vintage figurines

- avid tea enjoyer, she says Dalí likes tea too so she always shares her tea cup with him

- likes picking lemons with Vic from the lemon tree they have at home

- likes bugs

- full name is Francesca de Fonollosa but her parents call her Fran

- she's slightly inspired by Markl from Howl's Moving Castle !

🍋 Vic (formerly 'Roma'):

Full time parent part time dumbass

He/they/she || 26 y/o || genderqueer and homoflexible || argentine 

Somehow still gets mistaken for a tourist after living in Naples for 6 years

🍋 Andrés (formerly 'Berlín'):

he/him || 47 y/o || cis man || spanish

Surprisingly loving in comparison to the way he acted during the Royal Mint heist. Gained back some faith in love, so personality-wise he's more akin to his younger self (shown in the Money Heist spinoff show "Berlín")

Might not be the best dad out there but he tries his best 

Buys all sorts of fancy stuff for his family and himself on a weekly basis (both Vic and him are material pleasure enjoyers lol)

I started working on this as a comfort thing while bawling my eyes out thinking of the season 2 finale of La Casa de Papel, and then decided to actually put effort into it and make animal designs for Berlín and Roma :]

💌 Vic (or Roma):

- he/she, 20 y/o, argentinian

- red fox and aguará guazú mix

- likes biting Andrés' tail for funsies (Andrés hates it)

- pretty much exactly like his human counterpart except he's a fox lmfao

Design notes:

- he has big floppy ears, which make him look more like a borzoi or whippet rather than a fox

- his fur has a shaggy look to it, and slightly wavy

- looks somewhat distressed most of the time, often for no apparent reason

☎️ Andrés (or Berlín):

- he/him, 41 y/o, spanish

- silver fox

- like his human counterpart mostly except he's a fox lol

Design notes:

- has a lot of grey hairs sprinkled all over the black fur

- his fur is mostly scruffy, especially on his tail

- tall and bulky in comparison to Roma (who's shaped like an aerodynamic noodle)

- has white fur on his front paws ("ladrón de guante blanco" literally meaning "white glove thief", but would translate to white collar thief) (aha get it)
