Matt Hurches is Piece & Co.’s scout, of sorts. Working in artisan market development, Matt's job is to discover new artisan groups, using everything from a good ‘ol Google searches to personal referrals. But it isn’t simply about finding talent and sourcing the work. Matt and his get to know each group of artisans, having an ongoing dialogue about their businesses, their craft and the products to help Piece & Co. create strong partnerships and opportunities for both the artisans and brand partners.
