Aww, thank you! I miss talking!  We should again! (: and ugh you’re the best, you were one of the first to read my fics and it was the greatest to me. It really helped spurn me on and keep writing!

Yeah, no. I’m ticked. I mean, sure he’s a decent enough actor. But he is not Doctor Stephen Vincent Strange. Doctor Stephen Vincent Strange is a darling who needs to be protected.

Besides, it’s obvious what Marvel is doing. They’re taking people who are already famous, instead of doing what any huge franchise should do, which is introduce the world to new ones. This way they get a bunch of Cumberbitches to go and shell out big bucks for the movie. Why do that when they have the chance to give an unknown actor a major publicity boost? I mean that’s what Star Wars did for Natalie Portman, what Harry Potter did for damn near it’s entire cast of students, the reboot of the X-Men films did for several of its actors, and what The Lord of the Rings did for Liv Tyler.

It really annoys me that the #1 film franchise in history is falling back on already famous actors instead of helping new ones break out.
