PRELIMINARY ROUND INFO

Preliminaries will be posted on Monday, October 16th at 12 PM EST. There will be 5 polls and they will each last a week. There will be 13 participants and 5 winners that will make it into Round 1.

Unlike standard tournament rounds, which will all be 2-poll rounds, preliminaries will have a few 3-poll rounds in order to reduce the amount of submissions to get to a 128-bracket.
