PIKMIN TRADING CARDS! LOOOK AT THEM! I GOT SO MANY BIG BOSSES!
waterwraith is my fav, and since this was released with pik2 to have both final bosses is great! shame there’s no snagret or beady long legs, then I’d have all the reoccurring bosses, but still!!!!!!!!!
got my first "bad" libra bounce today. it still didn't actually fall out of bounds but it bounced onto one of the ledges. i got it off the ledge by throwing pikmin at it which slowly nudged it off, but then it got wedged in the bridge at an angle that forced about half of the pikmin trying to hold it to start involuntarily jumping. i did eventually get them to grab it through repeatedly dismissing a large group (probably spent a bit too long on that). it's always extremely entertaining to see what the libra will do on a given playthrough.
even though it's very brutal, however, pikmin 1 is immensely fun ... it's tempting to playthrough it a third time
i think playing the first pikmin game before playing pikmin 2 has given me a greater appreciation for the latter... because it's easier to see what's changed & notice the quality of life improvements
im going to become so skilled at this game (pikmin the first one)
pikmin 1 :) the switch version's control scheme works a lot better for me than the new play control version's (mostly because the camera and pikmin selection aren't together on the wii remote D-pad) (the wii remote d-pad, it's so inaccurate that half the time trying to switch pikmin types causes the camera to zoom in and out... very inconvenient), which makes it much more pleasant to play on switch so far
