sometimes! he just! needs to be soft! i love him but goddamn his bitter ass can be exhausting and i just need a day or two of him being quiet and gentle to recharge.

I made this little comic for the Expression Challenge, after @pikacheeka asked for Virus A2 and Trip A5. For Herrscher, it’s a bonus, because I was inspired (and because jealous Hershy gives me life... I mean just imagine Welter coming right after and tease him about it, aah). the salt from non-canon-shippers is real in every fandom, huh.... (btw I've been loving your posts about bughead. Haven't watched show yet but I liked the couple in the comics as a kid omg)

(to say nothing of antis...) i saw those reactions from some shippers, actually! those with “back in my day!! we waited until season 5 for a kiss!!” kind of superiority, lol!

I THINK YOU’LL LIKE IT PIKA!!!!!! i can not hype this enough! they are the best part of the show (individually as chars and as a couple).

Dawn of the Future has been mostly just recap of...

I think the funniest thing about this so far is that it seems like the author was given my reddit essay on the lack of internal consistency in Epi A and is trying to “correct” every single detail. Seeing as we know SQEX browses the sub, ouch.

I feel for this person who had to try to straighten out whatever was supposed to be happening in that last scene of the Ep Ardyn anime, but they do their admirable best.

Literally everyone who started using the internet for fandom in the 90s knew that the internet was a scary place and knew what they were getting into. There is no connection whatsoever between what 90s internet users found disturbing and what the over-sensitive the-more-oppressed/triggered/offended-I-am-the-better-a-person-I-am! crowd finds disturbing lmao

They…really didn’t have issues with it though, and very very very few of the super-sensitive crowd today were actively involved in internet fandom in the 90s/early 2000s.

a lot of the super sensitive crowd these days is, typically, of a younger generation and very insular. like - there’s nothing wrong with looking at something and seeing the flaws in it. in fact, that’s a very good way to think of many things. but the replies to things today are just ... 

very tiring. 

how many ways can i say that this behavior and whatnot is all of that. because it is. hopefully it’ll fade away and people will remember that other people can enjoy and relish content that they don’t agree with but they won’t attack other people for it. that’d be nice.
