Got back into Pikmin 4 recently, needed a little breaks from some stuff, so here's Erma Shepherd 'cause she's neat.

Love her dynamics with Collin in game. He's calm and the only one with a reasonable mind, while Shepherd is, quite extreme in her own way.

She's the leader who gives you a lot of support and almost good advise without actually coming with you on the mission.
