So you did Quirks good for basketball, how about dodgeball? All I got was: Boomerang to make trick shots, Poltergeist to catch balls midair and also make hard shots, Dupli Arms to catch and throw many balls and aim and avoid better, Clones/Double to makes meat shields to protect teammates and bolster more teammates unless hitting a clone equals out for the user but Double could still duplicate other people.
Normally I don't care for people giving suggestions like that, mostly because it makes it more difficult to come up with ideas without being redundant, but there are so many suggestions for this that it saves the trouble of picking them. I agree with the first two, but "Dupli Arms" risks making you a much bigger target and "Clones" and "Double" are just going to clutter your side of the court.
-Pliabody: I have to imagine being so flexible would be useful for dodging. You can basically bend yourself like rubber out of the way of any balls that happen to come out you and maybe even throw them back by using your arm like a sling.
-Explosion: This one actually has canonical backing for it. Because as Bakugou has clearly shown, effectively discharging a grenade at the back of a rubber ball can make it go really far really fast for a potentially literal killer pitch.
-Larceny: Considering one of the main goals of the game is to catch the ball to get people out, pulling that ball right to your hands is going to give you a pretty good advantage. Might risk hitting your face, but it's risk you'll have to take.
-Permeation: Obviously, phasing through solid matter is good for dodging, especially since no can say they hit your clothes. Though I do wonder if you could use the phasing to launch the ball out by clipping your hand into it and turning it off.
-Twin Impact: This one just seems cruel with the amount of mind games you could do with it. Nobody will know if or when the secondary charge will go off and you can set it off whenever you want, violently redirecting the ball to whomever you want.
-Overclock: You know those kids that pull off the most insane acrobatics and maneuvers in the middle of a game? That's what "Overclock" does for you, but on demand. Especially since it can really help you put the dodge into dodgeball with it's danger detecting.
-Size: As the effect of the Quirk seems to stick around even after the suer touches something, this could be insane to use. You could shrink and grow dodgeballs as you see fit, either making them small and harder to hit or large to steamroll over some an entire team.
-Slide and Glide: This feels like some next level cheating. Not only can you move your body way faster then before and throw the balls harder, but it is basically impossible for the balls to hit you. You are essentially pulling out the Everything Proof Shield. It would be hilarious.
