Can you think of any Quirk that can go toe to toe against Decay? Like preventing it from going forward? Thanks!

So while full power "Decay" is pretty strong, there are a handful of ways to counter it, or at least slow it down or circumvent it. The first is through breaking up the spread. By destroying whatever it's spread it through or moving it into the air, such as when Pixie Bob burrowing through the ground to stop it's spread. Other large scale manipulation powers could do that same, like "Whirlwind" or "Cement". By that same metric, just destroying whatever is being hit by it could stop the spread as well, such as with "Black Hole" or "Overhaul". For more direct attacks, there are powers that can block it by preventing direct contact, such as Snatch being made up of a bunch of sand particles. This could extend to "Sludge Form" and "Flight" as well. Finally, powers that can heal the user could work as well as long as they remove it, such as with "Lizard Tail Splitter" or "Super Regeneration" cutting it off before it spreads.

Can you do the Top 10 physically strongest quirks, as in those with the highest lifting, striking, object moving potential? Including quirks that aren’t “traditional” Strength Enhancers like Earth Flow, Flight, etc.

I mean, there isn't much to say about that. Besides the fact that I don't care to look at Quirks that way, I've already covered a lot of those before when talking about the various tiers of strength-based Quirks. And barring "One For All", all that's left are the outliers you mentioned that are able to move things through other methods. There are the elemental manipulation Quirks like "Cement", "Earth Flow", "Whirlwind", and "Cryokinesis", with each one of them being able to control massive swaths of their elements at once that can cover whole landscapes. Then there are examples like "Fiber Master", as that was able to hold down the monstrously powerful Gigantomachia with those cables, or "Dark Shadow", which by sheer size alone should have some extreme physical power, but both of those are very conditional, either based around materials or the environment to get the maximum effect. Though easily the best example is "Flight". Through his barrier, Christopher was able to pick up an entire cruise ship. Sure, he was doing that by the barrier, making the ship effectively weightless. But to this day, that is probably the most insane lifting feat in the entire series on panel.

You have a “top 15 strongest quirks” list and a “top 15 weakest quirks” list. If you had to choose one quirk from the “strongest” list and one from the “weakest” list for yourself to use, which two of the combined 30 quirks would you take?

I assume you mean having one of the strongest and weakest individually and not both Quirks. Even if you did mean to have both, my answer would still be the same.

Earth Flow: While "Flight" and "Overhaul" are tempting, I ultimately decided on "Earth Flow". Having so much control over such an abundant substance is an amazing ability, both in and out of combat. Just look at earth benders and how much they can control with their powers. Only now this has a much wider range and a greater overall amount of earth that can be controlled. And I like the idea of making earth monsters that I can mold to my needs is such a fun and useful power. I can go wherever I want on the back of an earth dragon.

Quad Arms: While this isn't that great when compared to a lot of Quirks, I would still really want this. Out of all the Quirks on that list, it's the least harmful to me while still offering me some benefit. It has a lot of day-to-day, practical applications that I would like in a Quirk. I could probably come up with an entire list of uses for this Quirk with that kind of stuff. And while I normally don't go for Quirks that radically alter the body, having an extra set of arms isn't as invasive, annoying, or horrific as some of the other options.

There are quirks like Sludge Form, Blade Tooth, Flight and Earth Flow that are quite powerful but underrated due to not being seen often. How would you allow these characters to play a more prominent role in the main series without it being too forced?

I do have an idea for Captain Celebrity, but that really deserves it's own post, so I will focus on the three other Quirks here.

The issue with this question is that you are asking for it to be not be forced. The only real answer is either something forced or giving it to a new character. I could try, but as these are side characters, there isn't a much to work with. Like Sludge Villain was defeated in the first chapter and shipped off to prison. There isn't a way for him to come back outside of the prison break, which I guess he could do something there. Pixie Bob is also difficult. My instinct was having the Wild Wild Pussycats work at UA after the Forest Training Arc to train students full time. Though I can't really imagine her doing much since a lot of her powers are redundant with "Cementoss". Moonfish is easy, just have him stay with LOV. However, the issue with having Moonfish around is that he undermines the League's position going forward. One of the big parts about where Tomura was after All For One's arrest was how bad things were going for his group. LOV had lost it's heavy hitters and a lot of it's reputation. So having Moonfish running around with him kind of ruins that image by being such a high profile criminal. It'd be like if Muscular was still around. That being said, he could still come back now there was that big prison break, so maybe will return after all.

Water Creation x Earth Flow?

New Quirk Name: Mudflow

This Emitter type Quirk allows the user produce a slushy, brown, mud-like substance from their hands. Once made, the user can then control it, capable of sloshing it around as they see fit. This control is so great in fact that they can even harden it, turning it into a rocky form. For instance, the user could produce this mud, build the mud into a wall, and then harden it to protect themselves from an attack. This gives the user a highly versatile ability, able to shift this mud to suit them in any situation around them as they sit fit. They can form walls for protect themselves, trap opponents in a wave of mud, form spikes to attack people, make platforms to elevate themselves, or just splash someone they don’t particularly like in mud. Aside from only work with this substance, they need to keep up a high mineral diet and drink plenty of water to use their Quirk properly. The user can get trapped in their own mud and cannot control their material when it is hardened.

Seeing that Pixiebob can create "beasts" from her ability to control earth, I was wondering, could that potentially be also a thing someone could expand with similar quirks with enough time and training? Like maybe Manual or Backdraft could create a Leviathan out of water or someone who can control plants creates non-sentient Treants?

Yes, I do think that other Quirks could make elemental beasts if they are elemental manipulators. However, I don't think that any of them could do it as well as Pixie Bob can. Not only because there is a lot of earth around us at any given time, but earth is a very malleable substance while still being a solid. So all Pixie Bob needs to do is to form it and it will retain its shape. This also gives her a lot more freedom in how she designs her monsters, like giving them wings. So if another hero could do it, I would imagine it would be much harder to pull off because they need to focus on making, maintaining, and controlling the constructs they make. This is unlike Pixie Bob, who only seems to be able to control them. That's not even mentioning the number of constructs Pixie Bob was able to make, something I doubt other users would be able to pull off since they have to focus on both making and retaining their construct. So while someone like Manuel could do it, he likely couldn't do it well. The only other person I think could do it good would be Cementoss given the similarities between "Cement" and "Earthflow".

How do you think one could use a generic earth manipulation quirk in combat and rescue situations?

Since I don’t know the limitations of your Quirk, I’m just going to be using “Earth Flow” as the basis. And while there is more, this is just a short list of the possibilities.

Offense-Overwhelm others with a wave of dirt-Fling people into the air by making a pillar of earth-Make the ground sprout out to punch someone-Throwing rocks at people

Defense-Making mounds to block attacks or escapes-Making holes hidden over a thin layer of dirt-Covering people in dirt to slow them down-Open up holes/make the ground eat people

Rescue-Put out fires with waves of dirt-Push or move debris around-Be invaluable after earthquakes or landslides -Create a large ditch for a clear path to rescue

Support-Creating platforms to get around or gain advantages-Shifting the ground to make uneven footing-Digging through pushing the ground around-Flying around on rocks
