Me and the Amazon Rep

My daughter ordered a bunch of stuff for her friends on my Amazon account. The one item they sent was wrong, so I called customer service...

Amazon Rep : "Hello, this is Nicole how may I help you?" Me : "My daughter ordered a few items on my account. The items came in today, well she just now opened the box, and one of the items is wrong." Amazon Rep : "Okay, well can I just get your name to verify your account."

We recite all my info, yes it's me, bla bla bla....

Amazon Rep : Ok. Now what was the item that was wrong?" Me : "My daughter wanted the Licensed Pimp Cup Stein Black Glass with King written on it..... Instead it says Big Daddy." Amazon Rep : So you wanted the Licensed Pimp Cup Stein Black Glass with Silver "KING" on it, but instead it says Big Daddy."

and the embarrassing conversation continues to the conclusion that Pimp steins are supplied by an outside vendor so it would be best if we went for the refund....

Amazon Rep : "Would you like me to add another Pimp Stein into your cart?" Me : "Uhhh, no. That's ok."

Wtf did I not email them??? My girls about pee'd their pants when I had to read the item name out loud!!
