I just made my walnut mounds brownies. @in-the-night-kitchen is allergic to almonds. They're made with shredded sweetened coconut & homemade coconut caramel (sweetened condensed coconut milk & brown sugar) in the batter. Then topped off with coconut caramel & shredded coconut. We're going to make pina coladas in a bit to go with them.
