The guardian is actually a moth, but they’ve added an extra layer to their wings so that they can hold things in there

If an opponent gets too close, they can attack with their shorter but sharp arms

Like the drifter, the guardian has a void infection. Their mark is on their back and is much bigger and one of their eyes is affected by it

They also have a delicate flower that slows the infection greatly

Also bonus little companions! For this au, the purpose of these small bugs is to not get hit while carrying a back up delicate flower in case anything happens to the one drifter/guardian is wearing
