Pink Robots | Maddox and Bode

[Maddox snored loudly. He had been reading his latest acquired book - a mostly incomplete version of Are you there God it’s me Margaret - Not his favorite, but beggars couldn’t be choosers. He had read most of the other books in the library and this was the best he could get from a merchant after a lot of whining (he had run out of credits again). Maddox had decided to make the best of it by filling up the missing pages with new scenes which mostly involved robots - but somewhere in his reading and imagining he had fallen asleep and now he was having fantastic dreams about Margaret fighting a pink kaiju when approaching footsteps woke him up]

[Maddox woke up with a snort. It was Bode. His back instinctively straightened in the presence of an elite]

Oh hey Bode...umm I guess I passed out
