Dragon Age Kiss Week - Day 1: Morning

When she first joined the Veilguard, this sort of behaviour worried her. Entering any part of the Lighthouse and finding one of her associates asleep, exhausted, and no where near their bed. Then she learned how many of them run solely on caffeine. It took a while for her to adjust. After all, her entire life was spent with early routines that made even the most disciplined of people question her sanity. But as soon as she mentioned "we're a family of bakers", they understood.

Nowadays, finding someone passed out at the dining table is just another day. She's learned to be quieter, to close the door softly instead of letting it swing (or maybe that's the Caretaker's doing, she hasn't figured that out yet). But she knows she'll never truly be quiet - it's just not in her nature. Thankfully, most of the Guard are heavy sleepers when they finally do sleep, and it takes more than a few bangs from her rolling pin to wake them.

To no surprise at all, Branwen finds the kitchen is already occupied. Today's lodger is Rook, curled up on the settee, an empty bottle cradled in their arms. On the floor nearby are a few other empty bottles and glasses. Branwen shakes her head and extracts the bottle, earning a soft grumble in reply. Instinctively, Rook rolls over, nestles further into the sofa, their neck getting closer and closer to a ninety degree angle. Branwen sighs,"Oh, I can't leave you like that."

She's prepared now for this now, too used to finding the crew crashed out. And too used to her secretly soft heart aching at the sight. Branwen heads over to the cupboards and squats down, opening one of the bottom doors and retrieving a blanket and a cushion. She throws the blanket over them then carefully eases the cushion under Valerian's head. She presses the lightest of kisses to their hair. "There. Much better."

Valerian sighs contently, settling further into the settee. Branwen smiles to herself, glad to see him looking comfy, then remembers what she was doing. "Right," she claps her hands together, freezing when the sound echoes. Laughter bursts past her lips. "Where's my apron?"

Headcanon Game: NSFW A to Z

Not a headcanon or current preconception but before I really thought Gills was taller – she just doesn't look short to me for some reason.

Well, you see! The deal is that she was kind of supposed to be tall. Opening the CC on release, I thought that 0% height was an average, so bumping Ghilasara's height to 20% made me think she'd be taller than an average elf, and I also made her shoulder width at 25% to make her another bit more imposing TM.

Then I open the actual game, and she's somehow smaller than every companion except for Harding. So I guess she's tiny teeny now.
