In your android au with the chain you made before,how would you have the links all meet up together? Would they be traveling to stop a great evil or would it be more similar to the dbh plot line with some running away,some still in working and some rebelling/protesting?

That being said, I did base most of that au on the DBH anyway. So I think it's safe to say that it's still going to be modern au- but without the threat of Ganondorf and the like... I think that to follow the plot of DBH would make more sense.
I don't know if the plot to rebel and and protest would be a part of it to be honest. I have a thing with Twi's story in mind where he's taken away but asked where he wants to go (I will happily go more into that if asked) but they're still not quite to the full sentiency like that of the game so to speak.
It's a bit messy. Besides, the mechanic (me :D) would most likely come into contact with every model out there at some point. I bet I can make a plot with that.
Can Time Growl?

I'd say yes.
But not in the same way as Twilight.
You see, even if his form is also a wolf, that's after he's dead.
So when Time growls, it's not it's deep in the chest like Twilight- where you could feel it encompass his whole being if you were close enough.
But the source higher and in his back of his throat instead.
He's not aware he can make that sound until he does.
It comes out when he's at his most angry- protective- and possessive. Maybe when he's all three at once.
Twilight can do it on command.
You have to more or less force it on Time.
It's a quiet growl though- the one that is reserved for one only pair of ears. Either as the last thing they hear or the warning of threats/promises to be fulfilled later.
Make of that what you will.
