Nock Nock Nock
Whitney makes her way over to the door, opens it, and is surprised to find her closest friend! Well, her only friend. "Peter! Oh, I didn't expect to be seeing you here. Uh, what are you doing here?" She questions him happily.
"Oh, um, I was just in the neighborhood and thought I'd stop by! I-if you don't mind, of course." Peter sheepishly responds, looking at Whintey's adorable Hello Kitty pajama, getting distracted by a small little kitty wobbling up to the door. Whitney notices his attention going elsewhere, so she looks down to see Wiggles near her feet. Making her smile seeing her baby here to greet their guest!
Bending down, she picks up Wiggles and shows her to Peter, letting the baby kitten say it's hi to him. "Oh, look who it is, wiggles! I can't believe you made your way over here to greet our guest!" Whitney exclaimed with joy. "She says, hi Peter!" Instead, Wiggles stares at him.
Peter giggles at Wiggles' plain stare, not a thought behind that little kitty's eyes. "Hi there, Wiggles!" Peter says in a baby voice as he reaches to pet her. Finally, the kitten lets out a meow, expressing its contentment with the pet, but not too long after, it starts wiggling its little legs, wanting to be free.
"Looks like that's my cue," Whitney giggles as she gently puts Wiggles back down. The little kitty wobbles out of view, and Whitney gestures for Peter to come in. He follows behind her into the kitchen, sitting down in a nearby chair. Whitney resumes her previous activities. She stirs the noodles in the pot before reaching for a bowl. It features Hello Kitty and Friends, a classic for Whitney to own.
"I was making some Ramen for myself. Would you like some?" She politely asks, glancing over at Peter. To which he nodded in return, "I would love to have some!" Whitney pulls out another bowl, this time featuring Spiderman, for Peter to eat out of. Peter can't help but laugh softly under his breath at how ironic it is for him to be eating out of a Spiderman bowl. He turns around and faces the table, greeted by the magical Wiggles, who somehow appeared on the table patiently waiting. He looks at how nicely the table is and notices the flowers in the center—suddenly getting distracted by the Spidey bowl of ramen that's now in front of him. Whitney sets another bowl down for Wiggles and returns to the kitchen to grab her bowl.
"Oh, I didn't know Wiggles was gonna be joining us for food," Peter says, surprised. "Also surprised how she managed to get onto the table when I wasn't looking," he whispers under his breath.
"Well, why wouldn't she?! She deserves to eat! She always eats at the same time as me." Whitney sassily responded to him as if she was offended by Peter not expecting the kitten to eat with them. Sitting down next to Peter with her food, she starts to slurp her ramen. Swinging side to side to express her contentment with the food.
Peter looks back over at the flowers; they're dead roses. The petals are much darker than usual. He watches as a petal falls off the flower before asking about the flowers. "Oh, those? They're flowers my parents got me to tell me they'll be away for a bit. They died on Monday. I suppose I haven't had a chance to clean them up. Sorry!" Whitney Says with an almost somber tone. To which Peter abruptly stands up from his chair without a word is gone.
Whitney looks over at Wiggles, confused. Wiggles face covered in food and let out a small meow. Making Whitney giggle, "That sure was weird, right Wiggles? Here, let's get you cleaned up." Picking up a napkin and wiping off Wiggles' face.
A couple of minutes later, there was knocking on the door again. Whitney sets down her fork, looking at Wiggles. "That must be Peter; his food is gonna be cold now, probably." she gets up and walks over to the door, opening it. "Peter! You can't just abruptly leave like that. You made me worried. Plus, your ramen is cold now!" Whitney lectures him before realizing he's standing at her door with new flowers. Pink and White Peonies, Beautifully arranged in a bouquet tied with a matching pink bow.
"I thought a lovely lady like you deserved some flowers that aren't dead." Peter says with a sincere tone, handing the flower to Whitney. "Oh my goodness, thank you so much, Peter," Whitney says, slightly tearing up as she looks at the flowers now in her hands.
Yes indeed! I thought I would show off one of my smaller art pieces from late last year to get the ball rolling on this art blog. I made this piece using a WizKids MLP Pinky Pie model with some alterations and added props. I'm hoping to work on/post my how-to for this piece later today or tomorrow.
