First of all: the fact that they're in a play together where Juno plays the traditionally male hero and Pina the traditionally female love interest is the most bi4bi energy ever.
Second of all: I just think their parallels are neat. Juno tries to play the role of a paragon of virtue, doing her best to fit in and gain everyone's trust for her own benefit even when it means lying to others or being manipulative. She's not a bad person, but she's not the angel she wants everyone to see her as.
Pina on the other hand introduces himself by literally antagonizing others. He has no problem being seen as an asshole and even seems to find it funny... But when he finds out about Riz being the one who killed Tem and that Legoshi knows it too, he gets between the two of them to save Legoshi from dying recklessly. He puts himself in danger to defend a fellow classmate who doesn't even like him for no gain, since unlike Juno he isn't interested in being declared a Beastar. Hell, at some point he even says he wouldn't testify for Legoshi if he were to get arrested, only to end up doing exactly that! It's clear that Pina, for whatever reason, likes being seen as a worse person than he really is.
Where am I going with this? Nowhere. But I do think it's neat.
