OC HALLOWEEN: day one → aot ocs + the murder of erwin smith

when commander erwin smith calls four compatriots to have dinner with him, no one thinks anything of it. that is, until the four walk out - and erwin doesn’t. each has blood on their hands, literally, and all refuse to talk. all anyone knows is who was there that night: piper bodt and finley mcarthur, scouts and close friends whose skeletons in their closets they may blame on the commander; sutton radclyffee, guardian to the crown, unafraid to eliminate potential threats; and astrid beaumont, close in rank to the commander - close enough to kill. the scouts are left without a commander, and the people are left wondering - who killed erwin smith?

2. How many and what colours are the blankets they like to snuggle in?

they strike me as a two blanket type couple, just so there’s enough to cover the both of them!! also they seem like their house is red and orange tones so i’d imagine that’s what their blankets are too

armin seems like the type to be like “these reminded me of you!” and hand her a scarf to match his <3

honestly both but more piper!! she’s a sap at heart <3

honestly the way they met is so dismal they’d probably both tell it in like. a sentence LKDBFJLBJFGF “we met when we were kids in the scouts” is how i imagine them both telling it. armin might go into a little more depth than piper tho

10. Where is a special place they hold close to their hearts? Why is it special?

i think we all know: the ocean LKNDNSDKLNFKLFNLEW both bc they got to experience it for the first time with each other and bc of how it made the other feel <3

hmm so piper is really rooted in tragedy - like, it’s what she was born from, literally, was my grief for marco LKDNKFNF - so she’d need to be in a serious anime. maybe bleach?? but in the soul society specifically.

🎵: are they featured in any of the openings? how so?

haven’t gotten to put her in the openings yet, but i promise with 100% certainty that she’ll be in most of them lmao

📚: what genre of anime are they in? how did that influence their personality?

okay so aot - dark fantasy/action/drama. honestly, i wasn’t really sure about how much it would influence her until i really caught up with the show and it changed her. she’s still a sweetheart, but she’s gotten a real edge over time that i think could have only come from this show. it gave her a lot more depth as well as more fleshed out and complex opinions and traits. i think it really rounded her out better tbh

🔗: what characters do they have the strongest connection with?

as for canon, armin, marco, and sasha! she loves all the scouts but those are the ones she’s closest with. and ofc finley as far as ocs go xoxo
