That is a very important question! Absolutely there's a vehicon named Steve! Also, he's a part of Starscream's Armada and is frequently part of the main team who follows him. He was one of the fliers who went to help bust out Breakdown! Pirate!Steve is a little different than the common fandom version though.
There's also Chris and a couple of his friends who only joined the Harbingers crew because Starscream said he'd allow them to have a puppy if they did. It's technically Thundercracker's and it's fully grown but they aren't picky and spend a lot of time with the pupper.
