For centuries Neverland has been a safe haven for those in society who felt ostracized, all were welcome there and prospered through working together alongside the old and ancient forces who lived there for so long even they can’t remember. As the island grew more populated, those hungry for power gained control and created the East India Trading Company, building up a metropolitan city as the business grew, dividing those at the top from those at the bottom who stayed in the rural areas. The enterprise quickly monopolized everything, controlling the citizens by backing a monarchy to rule over to previous judicial governing body. Not willing to stand still and allow themselves to be trampled, a group of rebels broke away, taking to the seas to hit the business where it hurt: their pockets. These so called pirates plundered and ransacked their way through dozens of ships, earning a fearsome reputation in the process. But the murder of one of their own caused a rift and small, yet central group broke off, calling themselves the Lost Boys in memory of the one they had lost. With everyone out for themselves and in search of power, the mystical fountain of youth has become an object of desire for each faction. Control that and Neverland is y o u r s.

Pirates of Neverland is an upcoming biography roleplay inspired by beloved fairy tale characters set in a world filled with Jane Austen & Regency era aesthetics but modern technology by way of magic. Focus will be on both plot arcs and characters in a community of welcoming writers that remind one of the rp days of yore. It’s Pirates of the Caribbean meets The Tudors plus Game of Thrones — you’re going to love it. This rpg will start putting out character teasers next week and begin publishing bios by Spring 2018 but invites you to join in the excitement and development in the meantime !!
