Ok but hang on though this concept (or what we know about it so far) is super cute…so the last album was love letter and I guess the love letter was sent in a bottle across the sea. So taking a stab at this, for this one its seventeen receiving the letter (cheols teaser pic), wishing to find the person who sent it (make a wish), actually making the decision to start designing a boat for the journey (make it happen), and building the boat itself (make the seventeen). Maybe they’re naming the boat the Seventeen? There's a sweet theme there of how much people are willing to do for love, AND ON TOP OF THE WHOLE STORY it’s also a cute metaphor for seventeen and how they’re a self produced group who had to make their wish a reality by actually physically designing themselves and deciding who they were going to be as a group, and then building the group and promoting themselves and making their dream happen. IT MAY NOT BE DARK CONCEPT BUT ITS SUPER CUTE AND MEANINGFUL (if I'm not totally wrong about this haha)
