Keep swiping to see me nearly get carried out to sea with camera in hand! Me and my big ideas! I’ve been bumming around SoCal this week, checking stuff off my bucket list. This Victoria Beach tower was just one of the things, but I knew it was going to be a challenge! It’s not something you can just swing by and grab a shot of as you’re passing by. It takes PLANNING! Not only do you have to know where it’s at, but you have to know what’s involved in actually hiking to it, what the tide times are, etc. I knew some of the things, and figured out a way around some of the things and knew I was really pushing it with the tide. I made it in, got the shots and escaped, but barely! E was with me on the adventure, but he didn’t get to make the trek to the tower because I needed him to be my wheelman. He actually had his own adventure with Ant Anstead and Renee Zellweger while he was waiting for me! I’ll blog all about it soon!
