okay so i just finished reading demian by hermann hesse and all i gotta say is:

1) wow i relate to this A LOT. especially with whole growing up in Christian household, questioning your identity and purpose in this life, and all sorts of psychological obstacles sinclair has to overcome

2) one thing i don't relate to is having people in your life that you're able to identify with and talk about your dreams and literature and self-realization/awareness and things like fate and all these topics that show up in the book

that's just a few of my quick opinions on the book, i will most likely talk a lot about it here in the future :)
