Okay, a regular police officer is chasing a mirror criminal, and they split and head off different directions, is there a way to tell which one will become the full one when they run out of nectar and reform?

Note to Spectrum City police force: always have two policemen when chasing Mirrors.

A big idea I had for post-Fusion story, is very much an inversion of the usual Metroid formula, where Samus is on the run from the federation, and uses her metroid DNA to 'download' upgrades from creatures she kills, and eventually undergoes a sort of 'Am I the Hunter or the Beast?" Question as she becomes more like the metroids she so hated.

You should write your ideas dude :) If you want to of course! But I like the idea of Metroids "downloading" from living things as an ability- it's similar to the X thing in Fusion but instead suggests a power innate to Metroids. Kinda makes them an almost biological-pirate-figure, where they slaughter without mercy and hijack the abilities of other things. It would make an interesting as-yet-unseen Metroid ability and good justification for Samus winning power-ups from bosses in the future! And playing up the pirate comparison might make an interesting irony, especially in the context of the question. Nothing is more beastly to Samus than pirates- even Metroids seem to have earned some respect from her.

Did you mean the other races are named after different types of bottles? Because you said they'd be different types of Glass, which doesn't make a ton of sense...

Nope, different types of glass.

These guys are just basic most normal type of glass, thus the simple name “glass”. The others are different.

UB-02 theory

@pixel3r and I came up with this together while discussing the latest Sun and Moon CoroCoro scans So we know that UB-01 looks like Lillie and UB-02 Beauty looks like Lusamine UB-02 Absorption doesn't match anyone we've seen yet to that degree. I feel that even if we eventually get a buff character they still wouldn't be as similar to the UB as the Lillie and Lusamine are, since its features are so exaggerated and inhuman compared to the more feminine UBs But then we realized there's another possibility when considering the facts - UB-02 Absorption looks like a mosquito filled with blood That is to say, it could be that it looks so buff because it has expanded beyond its regular size - Real-world mosquitoes only drink blood if they're female - And finally, Absorption and Beauty share the same UB number despite looking so different. How come? Perhaps it's because UB-02 Absorption is actually be "based" on Lusamine as well!
