Don’t be afraid! It would’ve been fine, had I shaken the can. There are, however, many options for varnishing your models. I used Liquitex Matte Varnish for a while, but I found it to be a bit too shiny, even with thinning. I’ve just ordered some Vallejo Matte Varnish, and I know that Reaper makes a decent varnish as well.
