I had the honor to be invited to participate in "The Velvet Room" a Persona event by @pixeldripgallery! I am collaborating with my P3 poster and the Justice Arcana card for the Tarot deck. Spent every second of free time I had in August getting ready for The Velvet Room Art Show and Tournament!
I was asked if I wanted to contribute some art for a special Persona themed Tarot Deck which will be given out to those attending the show (Los Angeles only, sadly - check the facebook page above if you’re interested, looks very cool!) to help celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the franchise. Of course I said yes! I chose Shinji and Castor for my Tarot, the Knight of Swords.

Two great art shows debuting this weekend, check out my blog for more info.
So I just want to take a second to thank PixelDrip Gallery and and all the Cosplayers I met and saw at the event. You guys were so cool and inspired me to finally start cosplaying. I've always been intersted in cosplaying but never thought I'd be able to do it. After seeing the contest at PixelDrip's show and seeing Bryan Konietzko's reaction to all the cosplayers gave me that final push I needed to start. So this summer, I'm going to start putting together my Asami cosplay that I've always wanted to do. I don't have any friends who cosplay so I don't really know what I'll do with my costume once I'm finished, but I'm defiently going to get started. The cosplayers I met were so nice and continue to be so nice to me on tumblr. So I just wanted to say thanks to all of you cosplayers who were at the PixelDrip show and thank you to PixelDrip for creating such an amazing event.
