I think my mind is very useful. I’m very thoughtful and logical.

I’m also creative. I really enjoy drawing and composing music. I have almost seven albums of original music.

I’m pretty good at learning things I’m interested in. Most recently Japanese, seismic systems software, classical guitar, C and HTML/CSS seemed to go pretty well.

I’m very neutral and open-minded. I can entertain thoughts without accepting them, and I’m always unbiased.

Hi! :) Quick question: I have issues with crying for pretty much EVERYTHING, e.g. if I'm sad, angry, frustrated, embarrassed, very happy -- or if I can empathize with someone feeling those emotions. It's veeeeery annoying! As an INFJ and Highly Sensitive Person, do you have any tips on how to cope with/control this?? Thank you <3

Hello! I cry very easily too. When it happens to me I try to breathe deeply to keep myself calm but honestly I'm pretty much the same as you and not that good at controlling it.  

I did some searching and found this for practical things you can do but I don't know how effective the steps are as I haven't had a chance to try them out yet. Hopefully this will help a little and you're welcome!
