In Mara´s Universe Alfonzo is kinda dead. Course well the Pixie Empress got her way.

The whole episode Pixitopia made me think that the Pixies are like praying mantis or black widow spiders and well eat their partner after they had a kid.

After all the Pixie wanted to marry him before eating him so yeah.

Juniper is based on what I could find on pixies as well as the fairies from Doremi.

Pixies are often portrayed wearing a pointy hat or having pointy hair making her an ideal fit for Mara´s universe.

So Mythology lesson. Faires are far more dangerous than Pixies.

Pixies tend to bring good luck and help people but they are mischievous in nature leading people astray and playing pranks. It is also said they maybe souls that there not good enough to go to heaven/aether but not as bad to go to hell/nether.

So like ghosts, they roam the earth but not because they have unfinished business but because they have nowhere else to go.

According to myths they are often spotted in Stone circles dancing and wrestling.
