yyyyyup. i mean i do get why people flock to the image she has but it's all carefully managed and premeditated. nothing but a good pr team at work.
^^ idk what people find so amazing about her since other than the nazi video I don’t see how her music is empowering or whatever (I mean, fuck skinny bitches? really?) but the way they just fall for the pr in these cases is just.. ew. and if now she’s an entire culture you can appropriate from... *roll eyes+

i was away too but it was all over my dash when i got back so curiosity got the best of me. hear it was originally supposed to be w/ tswift and i'm sad it wasn't bc tumblr would've had a meltdown. but idk man, it's tumblr logic™ at its finest.
everything I’m seeing is people being like OMG NICKI SLAYYY and my only comment is ‘sure as hell when she made a poor apology for the nazi imagery video and didn’t take it down from youtube you didn’t give two shits’ XD

....lmao that whole thing was staged and agreed on beforehand to create a dumb feud narrative how do you even get to cultural appropriation from there. props to the pr teams tho it worked like a charm.
idek what happened because I was outside civilization when it went down and I’m not at all interested in finding out but ^^^. Also srsly so now putting sentences from a movie on a gifset is cultural appropriation? that’s mad come on

i'm jealous, it's a very pretty city! have fun! def try local krakow sausage, my half polish ex made me try some and it's sooo good! (i wouldn't mind a postcard either. <3 but only if you don't get too many requests tho.)
Nah I have like three people for now so I can definitely handle it ;) the address is still the same of the glasses holder y/y?

i've found one unintentional (?) trend in your writing when it comes to word choice; you use 'x wanted to vomit/made x want to vomit' really often. :D Is it a very common expression in Italian?
... it isn’t in English? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
OPS. XDDD
Yes. I mean it’s... very common. Or at least I’ve always heard it a lot and when someone really disgusts you going ‘you make me wanna throw up’ is totally a common reaction. I HADN’T REALIZED THAT IT WASN’T A WORLDWIDE THING XD

if he's 'redeemed' then people can like him and cheer for him without reflecting too hard on his conflicted nature and human flaws and that not being on the side of or even against the 'good guys' doesn't necessarily make you a bad guy. also: i fucking hate usa’s rhetoric tendency to label people or things as either good guys or bad guys so much that i hate seeing those terms anywhere.
^^ like idk if it’s a european thing or a ‘I spent six years pondering the questions of human morality in university’ thing but I’m just really baffled in general by this mentality where bad guys should gain redemption by somehow measuring up bad actions against good actions and they only achieve redemption if they fill some kind of good action quota, because how do you even judge that? it’s all such a subjective thing that I just don’t get why you can’t like a character for what they are without having to ponder if he’s redeemed or not by story standards or by your standards or whatnot.

in the case of snape i think it's mostly because he DOES get romanticized a ton in fanfiction, even when he's just a background character. doesn't mean his fans automatically do it but man it occurs a lot.
I have absolutely zero clue of what goes on in hp fanfic except that most people ship remus and sirius and harry and draco so I’m not gonna weigh in but sounds reasonable. I just got allergic in general to ‘you like X character so you suck’. XDDD
