My boss today told me she trusts me to know when to call out (like she told me she doesn’t trust some of the other coworkers but she specifically trusts me to know this) which is great and all but like… I have no concept of my own wellbeing like I literally showed up to work a few weeks ago only to have an exhaustion related mental breakdown and have to be sent home because I didn’t think to call out beforehand

Life advice from your local disaster (me😃): when you're doing something (say at work or whatever maybe) and your vision starts to go all screwy that's a sign that you probably definitely should have had a break like... 45 minutes ago 😃😃😃
