You thought I had forgotten, didn't you!? The second batch was hella tough, so here's a rough cut list of possible headcannons for them. The lovely perfectangelfinder may be writing dragonagestuck into a proper fanficiton at LAST! :o

Please message me with any ideas or alterations you can think of! This is a very, very rough draft of their castings!

here was my original post for context. (although i have drawn other things for this au)

ALPHA KIDS:

Dirk: a Seeker of the Chantry; very good at his job, but constantly questions every assignment. Thorough, clean and efficient, unlike his team mates, the Pyrope’s, who have a flair for theatrics. An unwilling mentor to Terezi, who is new to this work, and an unwilling partner to Latula, who isn’t.

Jake: dalish prince, but is not a “First”- that’s Jade! “Prince” is the sort of title a human, not an elf, would give someone like him. He isn’t technically a prince, but he receives certain honors for being the son of a Keeper (grandpa harley)

Jane: dwarvan princess ("Heiress"), but raised in a middle-class home in orzamar. (this will be explained later-sorry!)

Roxy Lalonde: orlesian bard. Talented, but lacks ruthlessness and ambition. Sees the empress as a threat, which is a dangerous and unpopular opinion among her deadly peers.

ALPHA TROLLS (under the cut)

Kankri – Casteless dwarf revolutionary (to be explained later)(partially based on the sufferer)

Damara – post-dalish, tevinter mage, lyrium markings, abused by her magistrate

Rufioh – ex-alienage elf, dalish or post dalish; current residence with the Harley’s (who are also dalish)

Mituna – human mage who has snapped; see latula (possibly ex-tevinter, due to is friendship with kurloz?) related to sollux (possible that latula keeps him with meulin and kurloz, hm…)

Meulin – (human? Elf? Dwarf? We just don’t know…) rogue from tevinter, black market informant, sells magical wares and produces potions but is not actually a mage (either born in tevinter, or maybe starkhaven? Maybe a Marcher?) horuss’s business partner and furrend! :3 takes great pains to hide and protect kurloz. :<

Porrim – Kankri’s adoptive mother, but only a few years older than him; upper class dwarf, grudgingly supportive of kankri’s rebellion (is mostly concerned for his safety) (wouldn’t have normally made her a dwarf, but it makes sense for kankri’s story, which is pretty much the ONLY thing here that I actually have planned out)

Latula – seeker of the chantry, “arranged things” with the Knight Commander to keep mituna alive and not tranquil; is a mentor to Terezi, her younger sister, and a talented new seeker. Also in a partnership with dirk, who is also a seeker, but he often runs off. The man has a tendency to do whatever the fuck he wants.

Aranea – healer mage, from tevinter, accompanies meenah. Anderfellian nationality. Or, if related to vriska, is rivainni

Horuss – qunari kossith from tevinter, blacksmith and black market keeper, produces runes but is not actually a mage. Meulin’s purrtner! Might be from rivain instead, where a lot of kossith are from, but his nervous respect for authority would make sense for a past slave (and any kossith in tevinter is definitely a slave)

Kurloz – saraebas qunari? (meaning qunari mage who has had his lips sewn shut) From tevinter, is being kept hidden by horuss and meulin. Possible abomination? Must have suffered at the hands of the tevinters, who hate kossith.

Cronus – pirate? Idk man…the dude is pretty chill. I get the feeling hes from an upper class family. Nevaran, maybe. Or possibly Rivainni. or starkhaven? he looks a bit like sebastian, heheheh

Meenah – ex-tevinter magistrate’s daughter, turned pirate, used to “own” damara

Empress - ??? hard to say, empress of tevinter, also sort of placed her with the dwarves. Hmm. Problematic. To be re-analyzed, for sure…

1. What is the coolest version of the high-five you have ever done?

The awkward turkeys are fun, but a friend of mine created and awkward spaceship where she flies all around your hand and stuff. It was pretty fun.

2. What is your favorite baked good?

I love apple pie, but I also love classic chocolate chip cookies. But I have one rule - any baked good has to be super, super soft. Otherwise it sucks. 

3. What is your deepest fear?

Being left alone, unwanted, and unsupported. That is what hurts the most. 

4. What is the nastiest thing you have ever eaten?

This is bad because my fiance is Chinese, but I really, really hate moon cakes. They're terrible. Yuck. 

5. Toes or fingers?

Fingers for sure! I don't like feet. 

6. Least favorite genre of music?

Between country and rap. Probably rap. 

7. Do you like or dislike the number 7? Why?

I love it because it has beautiful curves. It is a very elegant number.

8. What should this question be?

Describe your underwear! I'm going to use that. 

9. How do you feel about meerkats?

They're alright I guess. They kind of remind me of a mix of kittens and dachshunds. Omg, I spelled that wrong and it wanted to correct to "Sudanese".

10. What is the stupidest rule in the English language, in your opinion?

I really hate those "good/well" "who/whom" and things like that. I've never been bad at English but I feel sorry for those that are learning it for the first time. 

11. Why did you decide to fill out all these questions?

I woke up way too early this morning and frankly, I LOVE taking surveys like this. I haven't done one in forever so it was a pleasant surprise!

Just finished Dragon Age 2... The heck? That was not really a good game. Entertaining, but not good.

So, I honestly suck at Skyrim/Elder Scrolls battling. I love sneaking around and stealing things, decorating my house, dressing up my character, and doing social quests. But if I have to do something that involves fighting, I’m just screwed. I keep dying and honestly it is easier to kill a dragon than some of the people. I usually sneak through harder dungeons and snipe people with arrows. This doesn’t always work though and there are times I just honestly don’t have fun playing because I don’t like battling. Halp! What are some strategies/techniques that I should employ?
