I wrote a short fic (largely dialogue) which takes place in alternate epilogue timeline. A 3rd timeline. A world where John had a choice of pizza instead of meat/candy.
It starts similarly to Candy, but Jane turns to Dave after Dirk’s death, and it leads to the Jane x Dave ship. This isn’t because I dislike DaveKat or DaveJade, but DaveJane creates comedic potential that must be capitalised on.
