Something I realised about the Weird Route that somehow makes it worse: You're not only tormenting Noelle and Kris in all this, you're also doing everything in your power to cut Susie out of the story.

To put it another way, the main route is "Your choices don't matter, but Hers does", and you're apparently so butthurt by this that you're doing everything in your power to steal that back, no matter how much it hurts everyone involved.
