Here's what the guys @marcospizzeriavl whipped up for me today to carb up for the Rock the Quarry 5k tomorrow. A classic cheese pie topped with rigatoni pasta, spicy marinara, crumbled Italian sausage, mushrooms, more cheese, and a sprinkle of basil to finish.
