I have a character you should add to your "strong female characters" list! Temperance "Bones" Brennan, on the Fox show Bones, is a very strong character! She is very inspirational to me, and was one of the motivators for me to decide to go into science despite the fact that it's a male-dominated field. On the show, she is one of the top forensic anthropologists in the world, and never lets anyone walk over her, is very opinionated, and, refreshingly, very confident of her abilities.

I'll add her in as soon as I get the chance. :) I love watching Bones, I don't know why I hadn't added her yet.

i've never even opened photoshop (or had photoshop to open) but it's more a matter of like... i don't know how people can't tell that this person's head doesn't match their body, or whatever.

i mean sometimes an image is really well photoshopped and those i can understand. but a lot of the ones i see get passed off as real are... uh.. pretty obvious

What do you think of the oppression of seniors? IMO both youth and adults suffer from adult-centricism.

I would agree with you there. I also think it’s pointless to talk about whose oppression is “worse.” I think it is important, though, to recognize that seniors do have power over youth, especially children; if we’re doing a privilege breakdown, they still have “adult privilege” but not the same level of “age privilege” that middle-age adults have.

Going to school with kids and speaking with them as an equal for 6 hours a day qualifies as spending time with kids, rite? But being a kid is where I get a lot of this shit. Like even when I was super little I was angry with how I was treated but unable to specify just what exactly was upsetting me. UwU

i think you’re looking for the word ‘meddle’, dabble suggests you’re taking part in something, ‘dabble in witchcraft’ would make more sense
