The red book Adam left in the antique shop was the door switch of Koller's dungeon in his Time Machine bookstore, also his favorite book. This is my little headcanon where Koller gifted Adam this book then he used it to hide Eliza.

"The fallacy of divinity" feels like something similar to "deus ex machina", like god is the answer/solution to everything that can't be explained or solved. love this detail in the game.
