Update: I have apprehended the creature. It is not fighting back surprisingly and now appears to be resting in my arms. What a strange creature. I sort of love it.

Opal Jasper watched out a small, almost porthole like, window as the ship escaped the atmosphere of Homeworld. A small sense of doubt overtook her as she watched all she’d known fade into a small space against a starry backdrop. The sense of adventure loomed though, and the excitement that thrummed through her friends had her pretty happily anticipating their mission.

Things would go back to normal eventually, she reassured herself, but for now it would be very good to get away for a bit and clear her head. She’d hope this mission would allow her time to think on the overloading information she’d been given since joining that ‘tumblr’ website. It had been, admittedly, a bit much, and she’d never considered such things before. 

For now, all she needs to do is relax and enjoy the ride. Surely things are well and will remain under control, as most missions do.

We got the mission!

PJ, Dal, Red, and myself have officially been granted an off planet mission! I’m not completely sure where we’re headed, but I must say, I’m rather excited! Not to leave My Diamonds, of course, but to explore, learn, and serve them to my best ability hah.
