I never got around to taking a picture of my Annabeth costume during the Halloween party I went to last night, but I did take pics as I was making stuff so here's my accessories and t shirt that I put about 2 hours of work into.

Inktober day 4 is dragon!!! So I took the opportunity to draw some Caleo and everyone’s favorite Celestial Bronze dragon! Because Festus is the Bestus!
Just finished House of Hades and ouch, my heart!! I needed to draw some Happy Percy after that hahaha. Only one book left in this series!!
Okay so I’m rereading PJO, and I’m on The Last Olympian.
And when Percy and Nico meet up in the forest at camp Nico says he’s been in the west following up leads on his family.
In The Son of Neptune someone says that Nico has been visiting Camp Jupiter for a few months so I think that there's a distinct possibility that Nico knew about the Roman half-bloods during The Second Titan War.
It’s just a thought.
ToA Civil War AU
First up, I haven’t read ToA yet so I don’t know why Apollo was made into a mortal and I don’t know his attitude about it but here goes:
I’ve got this idea for an au where Apollo is extremely pissed off over becoming a mortal. This anger drives him forwards in his quest to reclaim his godhood and he actually managed it in only a few months, surprising all of the Olympians. Once he’s a God again his anger doesn’t abate, it actually grows because all of the other gods aren’t making a big deal over what he went through. It gets to the point where he starts to ride the sun chariot across the sky quicker than he should, making the days shorter. Him doing this actually starts to hurt other gods like Demeter and Persephone since plants are starting to die when they aren’t getting enough Sunlight. When this happens the gods are divided, some see Apollo’s point and sympathise with him while others believe it was right for him to become a mortal. Soon it is war, gods fight gods and their children wage war also, on behalf of themselves and their parents side in the Olympian civil war.
The sides are Pro mortalification:
Zeus Hera Athena Demeter Persephone ….. (others)
Anti mortalification:
Apollo Artemis Poseidon Hades Hephaestus ….. (others)
(this is all I have but feel free to reblog and add to it/complete it.))
Okay but what if
Okay so I’m not about whether he did in ToA since I haven’t read it but imagine when Leo finally comes back.
He gets to be councilor for the Hephaestus cabin, he unlocks bunker 9 permanently for his siblings, everyone loves him yay Leo.
But then, once he’s like 20 he moves away from camp with Calypso because she was there too (love and sunshine and bullshit, yaaaaay).
Caleo start up a garage where you can get your car serviced by Leo and have lunch, and it also sells clothes and some furniture too, so that Calypso contributed as well.
But Leo also starts offering jobs to Hephaestus kids, eventually they all hear about it and it kind of becomes the norm for where they go after CHB.
Imagine that there are so many Hephaestus kids working there that Leo can’t actually hire any more so he has to open more branches.
Imagine that eventually there’s one of these garages in every major city and they’re all completely staffed by Hephaestus kids and legacies.
I've got a question
Am I the only one in the fandom that says The 9 instead of The 7? Reyna and Nico played a massive part in the series, certainly as important as the other 7, but whenever I look up pjo/hoo posts they are separated into The 7, Nico and Reyna posts, as well as individual character or smaller subset posts like ships and stuff.
Imagine this:
Dark Demeter kids. (Or Anti-Demeter, whichever way you want)
Okay so after the battle of NY all the cabins at CHB have suffered losses and everyone’s lost friends from other cabins as well. But the Demeter kids, the ones who take it really hard become just like their mother when Aphrodite went missing.
For the younger and/or weaker powered campers, everywhere they go the grass they walk on dies, nearby flowers wilt and fruit rots at their touch.
But for the older and stronger campers all if this happens but in a wider area, grass dies in a big circle around them, flowers wilt and the stems shrivel, and fruit not only rots at their touch but if they pick the fruit the entire plant dies.
P.S. I know there is already a post about Dark Apollo kids but I’m not sure if there was one for Demeter, if there was I didn’t know and this post is borne of my own mind.
