Lord I Need You Matt Maher Cover by PJ and Andrea
Here's a cover of Lord I Need You by Matt Maher by my sister, Andrea, and me. This is actually one of my favorite worship songs so I was pretty stoked to do it. I love how it starts off super quiet, then BAM, gets all emotional and loud LOL. The lyrics really are true. Without Him, I'm a mess. I know, for myself, when I begin to fall off reading my Bible, praying, and talking to God, life can become very dull and irritating. I start to fill my mind with so many things that contain no lasting substance or benefit such as the approval of others, instagram, twitter, etc. Not to say that these things are horrible and that we should stay away from them completely, but when that is what we mostly consume, our lives can become purposeless - well for me at least. I hope this cover serves as an encouragement or "push" to really seek God in all we do. Bc we truly need Him, not only for our salvation, but for our wellbeing here in our temporary home.
