Update and opinions
Hello guys just an update, I’ve got a job (yay!) and I’m finally taking all my drinks every day so my levels have been perfect for the last couple of months. To see how my levels are I’ve been doing bloodspots 2x a month rather than once like they recommend, I’ve found that works really well and I can keep up to date with what’s going on. Anyway, because my levels have been great the person whose filling in for my dietician (she’s on holiday) has said for me to do it every once a month again but I asked if I could carry on doing it 2x a month as that’s helping me with my diet. She replied saying that I could keep doing it for the next few months but not indefinitely. I, of course asked why. I am waiting for a reply.
Now I would love to know your opinion of what I should do, should I just accept whatever answer she gives me or should I argue my case that they are my doctors and if this is helping me with my diet they should be encouraging me to do anything that helps? I’m not asking to do it every day (I wish!) just literally twice a month rather than once. Please let me know what you think!
EW I was doing my blood test and I squeezed my thumb and the blood SPAT OUT AT ME that has never happened before!!
