This beauty had a succulent lobe. The bubble looking thing in the middle upper part of the placenta is membrane that was in between the main lobe below & upper smaller succulent lobe above. I love never knowing what I will have the honor of working with. All placentas are cool to me, but this placenta was an exceptionally cool one with a substantial velamentous cord insertion.
