somehow ive got wear on only 4 molars...2 top 2 bottom

so i explained that something ive noticed i do is this thing where i clench my jaw, create a vaccuum in my mouth and release. i do this a million times and increase with relevance to concentration and stress.

well, lets hope this mouth guard works to deter me from continuing this habit in my sleep at least 😅
