The perfect Old Fashioned. Today @jackhawkins.psd and I tried making Old Fashioneds the way we were first taught... Cube by cube, a dribble of whisky at a time, religiously stirring for 6 minutes. There is a beautiful romance in the ritual but boy I'm greatful this generation of bartenders are not teaching the next that this is the correct way. Onwards and upwards people!
